Drivetrain/engine vibration question

For the most part this occurs in 1st and 2nd gear but, say if I'm accelerating with the boost gauge at 0. When I hit about 3000rpms there seems to be a lot of vibration up till about 4000. Just want to know why this might be? Engine does have a BSE.
And since I know Indiana is going to chime in - do you think it might be related to my flywheel chatter? ( and before you ask, tomorrow, wednesday, I have a lift reserved to check it out )

Ignition Timing

Hello All!
So I have read dozens of posts about setting the base ignition timing and I have some questions. I have read to just keep the base at 10 BTDC and also read several saying that I should try to run more in the 10-15 BTDC range. So I am a little confused. My timing is currently set about 13 BTDC and it likes it there at idle just under 1k RPM. So what do you guys think? Trying to do everything in my power to avoid detonation and still be able to safely run fairly high boost (15-18
