CC and LB fuel injector conversion formulas??

google didnt really help, but maybe i'm not searching the right key words, but, i need to find the formula for converting between metric and SAE units
example, say, a SQ injector is referred to as 850cc, i'm assuming thats 850cc per minute, but lots of places are selling injectors rated in lbs. they don't even mention if it's lbs per hour or minute.
i found some bosch 160 LB injectors, but i have no idea what good that's gonna do, because i'm used to thinking in terms of CC's

white deposits on turbo wheel

I just replaced the turbo on my 88. (The old turbo had bad bearings, and made so much noise that I thought I was being pulled over ever time I let off the gas.)
The turbo I removed has very light colored deposits on the turbine wheel. I'm concerned that this indicates a problem, because I've pulled a number of turbos over the years, and the "normal" appearance of the turbine wheel seems to be a darker brown color. A photo of a "normal" turbo, and my replaced turbo, is HERE.

My 88 is suffering from slow acceleration. I can best describe it as excessively long turbo lag -- it takes a while to build up power, but once it does, it takes off and pulls hard. The problem is most evident when starting out in first gear, but there is still some lag even at highway speed. (For comparison, I also have an 86 and an 87, and they both accelerate much more quickly).
