alright so lets say that someone moves to California with their average daily driver late 80's automobile with a hopped up engine from a state that never required emission testing like Michigan and lived in California for a couple of years, we'll say 3 to 5 years. would that person need to modify their car in order to meet the emission requirements or would it be alright because it was titled in another state and brought with them to that state? thanks for the replies

-need to find a good mpi set up, pref under 1k. -also hmu with your turbo's..looking for something about like a 20g, but have seen good things with the hx35, so if anyone has a modded set up, i'd be willing to buy. -clutch and flywheel to handle close to 400hp. -also arp head studs, and oil pan. -mitsubishi valve cover as well. just let me know what you have or anywhere that is a good place to get it. appreciate it.   -jake text for faster response 540-490-0574

so my brake and turn signals do not work now. i have checked all fuses, connections, switches, so on and so on. all good. i am getting no power to the fuse and have no idea where the main and sub fusible link are.all fusible links i have found are good. please help. thank you
