New Head Gasket...Low compression on One cylinder.

I just recently got my quest running after some head work and a new head gasket and a few issues to work out, so after putting a few hours on her I decided to do a compression check( just to see)...#1..130..#2..87...#3..132..#4..130..so the question is is there a easy fix that I can try to restore compression to the #3 cylinder ?. I just got her back together and running and now this, I was suspicious after the breather tube that the catch can hooks to(no can yet) puffs some smoke till it gets

Monday was a VERY happy day! (Nice to have one once in a while ) A friend of mine on here graciously gave me a set of louvers. I won't say who for confidentiality purposes. But, there is the issue of the louvers needing a bit of work. They are in GREAT shape overall! They're not all bent up or rusted through or hacked up or anything.
