For me, would be in james camerons ALIENS.   the space marines are on LV104 and they are sorta deep in to the atmosphere processor....   there's been a long, steady build-up of tension   and then, the aliens start coming out of the walls. it's the first time they see them, and the first time the audience sees them, and vasquez opens fire with her steady-mount heavy machine gun by yelling "LETS ROCK"   and all hell breaks loose. definitely one of the greatest scenes even. the pacing, the audio,
