can anybody tell me how to get the steering colum off

Hello all...I Have just purchased a conquest and brought it here back to delaware. Im Gary, i was on this site several years ago when i had my first conquest and everyone was very very helpful. Hello all   As you may have noticed I have been out of the scene for quite some time and all was due to family/work matters.
