Also, i see that at different voltages it flows differently. What will i need to do to wire it up and not mess anything up(if anything other than cutting stock connectors and just putting the correct ends on)?

Pending for sale   I need to get this thing gone. I am trying to sell this 89 conquest turbo for a buddy as he does not have internet access. I am not much of this style turbo but I do know that it has a dual wastegate acutar and that it has "NO" front to back shaft play. It does have a typical side to side play but thats normal to have with it off the car. The turbo is in great shape and pulls good.
