a msd box needs 12 volt to work. my question is if when i attempt to start the car(will not start) i checked the power to the msd box and it drops to 9.5 volts when the starter is engaged. what would cause such a drop in volts. bad starter? bad connection? i put new battery cables and battery in. thought i checked all the connections but not sure where to go from here

I have the hoses that go to the firewall for the heater (2). I am using the hose that connects the manifold to the coolant pipe that comes around the back of the engine. never installed. they are red. $35 2) One (1) KYB GR2 front strut insert for a widebody. New in box, with strut gland nut and nylon lock nut. $40 3
