I am getting clouds of smoke smells like oil of varying intensity out of the exhaust on deceleration while in gear. I am thinking that my PCV or Catch Can need to be replace/cleaned? My valve stem seals are brand new, unless I installed them wrong or mashed them?

I need an over the valve cover intercooler pipe for an HKS blow off valve! if you have anything that would work please let me know. thanks, Drake
