180 or 190 Thermostat

Ok, Im going to replace my thermostat, and was wondering if I should use 180 or 190? Car is all stock, with stock cooling system (in good shape)and both thermosensors wired normally (and working as designed). Would it make any difference which one I use? Factory service manual indicates a 190...
Replacing 2 in. Coolant hose @ Pump Outlet

Ok, my car started leaking coolant, and at first I thought it was the water pump that crapped out. Upon further inspection, it turns out that the 2 in. section of coolant hose that connects the side-water pipe to one of the outlets on the water pump was swollen and leaking. Trying to replace this little section of hose looks like a real pain to replace. The distance between the water pipe end and the end of the outlet of the water pump is very close, and Im having trouble getting this stup

Just swapped in a plush 89 steering wheel into my car that's not torn or gouged anywhere. However it does have some pretty knarly faded worn spots on it from over the years of use and sunlight exposure. Any recommended leather conditioners you guys have used for this kind of thing?
