I'm looking for the fuel pump block off plate that's goes on the head on the intake side

Shortly after start up there is a HUGE smoke cloud coming from my exhaust, also smells like rotten eggs. It quits after driven about a half mile. theres no decrease in performance-no bucking-just an embarrassing white smoke cloud. I checked compression and 1,2,4 read 115-120 #3 reads 100-105. Compression test was done with-out full acceleration. wasn't able to check if there was a loss in coolant due to it still being hot when I got home lastnite (will update later today on that).
