Hi All,   A brief introduction. We have five cars. Why would we want another? Well... My '72 Capri project isn't driveable yet (but close!), our '84 Toyota Celica is a dedicated autocross car and not really very streetable anymore, my son drives our '91 MR2 to school, my wife has her SLK, and that leaves me with the tow vehicle - our rock, the '98 Toyota 4Runner. I love the 4Runner, but, uh. Yeah, would be nice to have something more fun.   The MR2 is mine. Or at least it was. I love that car. F

well when things go wrong they go in 3's 1st. accident in WRX tore front grill - bumper off the car. dont ask juts dumb on my part.   2nd. while that was getting fixed i drove the Quest. ran great until the slave cylinder took a dump. I understand it is old and lots and lots of miles.   so no car for a few days because primary car is in shop.   order parts they are out of stock and none at the ware house. Quest by far easy fix. no parts, no fix.   3rd. get subie back and drive it for one day and

Like the title says, I have a working alternator. I took it to AutoZone about a week ago and had them test it twice just to make sure it was good. Passed both times.
