(Almost FIXED!) My new conquest has some issues... :( Help?
By boostd92,
(updated 01/26/15) post #29 (updated 01/09/14) post #23 (see update on 12/20) I bought Brad's 87 Conquest from this thread: http://www.starquest...opic=138550&hl= It has a few issues that I need to iron out. Firstly, it idles with a significant "miss." Definitely not smooth. It also exhibits this miss when cruising at speed. It seems to do it whenever the throttle is less than 20% open. The car has the 50cc larger Trilogy injectors in it and I doubt it's ever had a throttle reset.

Here are a couple of pictures of Jimmy: http://i925.photobucket.com/albums/ad94/subsailor1/Jimmy-AfterHipReplacement001_zpsbc8343ed.jpg He Looks Pretty Good. Pretty soon he'll be in th

Hello, like 2 months ago I had a problem with my conquest...which was bad idling..replaced it with a maf translator and gm sensor...the car ran strong and nice for 1 week...later gave me more idle problem..so I thought it was the isc but before I did the reset I change the filter inside the engine bay along with the lines and added an aftermarket fpr...it fixed...only for 3 days....later I decide to do the wiring harness swap and replace the new injector clips...I started the car and ran strong
