Selling my '88 Conquest, I bought three of these within a couple weeks and only want to keep one of them. This one has no engine or trans. It is an SHP, was a five speed. Still has rear LSD diff. The dash is in useable shape, as is the console but most of the interior is in bad shape. The body is very straight except the corner of one of the front fenders, but it's very fixable. All glass is in good shape. The wheels were stolen before I bought it so it has these just to get it rolling. Wo

Hello fellow Starquesters! My name is Ryan and I have just purchased my first Conquest. Its an 87 TSI, was originally red...but has been painted blue by an amateur which I will be correcting as soon as I get the mechanicals straightened out. By no means my first or only car...but ive always liked the look of these cars and finally got mine. I do want to mod it up to around 350 whp or so and will be scouring these pages in hopes of finding my path.:-) Obviously any help will be greatly appreciat
Cruise Control Question

found the little rubber grommet for my cruise control was missing so I used some gorilla duck tape to test and see if that was the problem which it was, the cruise works great now. However, I noticed the speedometer does not pick up now till around 15+ mph or so, did not notice this before it is like it takes a while for it pick up the speed. Not long just enough to make it noticeable did not notice it before. Is it the signal from the speedometer being sent to the speed control ecu? is it suppo
