So I just finished a complete rebuild of my engine due to bad bearings, crankshaft, and camshaft. I let the car run for about 20 mins at 2000rpm to break in the cam. Anyways, tonight I was going to check the timing to make sure it was ok and then take it out and break it in a bit, but when I lowered the idle rpm to about 1100-1250, the engine started surging.
