I have looked at the conquest manual a hundred times what is the best way to verify a good oil pump I have 3 spares now but don't know if I should try them ony last engine I lost oil pressure .but I believed it to be due to bad main bearing aka excessive wear plunger seems good and spring measures good any good pointers?

Went to visit my girlfriends grandpa in crockett tx and discovered an 83 flatbody sitting on the side of the road. its a conquest, blue, auto, minor body damage and it has been sitting for probably 10 years. guy said it needed shifter linkage and some freeze plugs. i couldnt care less whats wrong with it. i popped the hood and its complete under there. i found that there were about 6000 made and how many of those were auto? im looking to get back into the starion game since i sold my 88 a few ye

Well i am about to order parts and wanted ask about arp main studs.I thought i read some where that the arp's did not have a provision for the turbo oil pickup.Is this true if so how did some guys get it to work? I wanna order them but don't want to get stuck with something i can't use.
