If I bring my '83 hood to Pittsburgh, would someone in PA want to buy it? If not, it stays in MA indefinitely. The paint job is nice. Fiji blue. No dents or rust.

Im looking in to buying a blitz boost gauge but was wondering what was with the .5 bar 1.0 bar and so on. I think that it is the equivalant of 5lbs 10 lbs. But could some tell me if this is right? and if im wrong what does it mean or convert to?? thanks
