On a few of my cars the windows flop around inside the door when going up and down and move very slow. Is there a way to make the movement smooth again?

Anyone know where I can get a starion 2.0 4g63 sohc turbo manifold? Recently discovered it will bolt up to the 2.4 in my mighty max.

Location: Newport News Price: $75obo Still cleaning out the garage so this has to go.   The transmission is from an '87 Conquest with 121k miles on it. It shifts great and never gave any problems. Do not want to ship but if you're willing to pay shipping then so be it.
