1986 conquest 2.6 turbo i am a new owner.   i purchased a fuel filter and pump, but when i went to replace the fuel filter i found this clamped style inline filter instead of the screw in style that was ordered. it appears the po modified it to this style.   at this point should i just purchase an inline filter like the one on the car? will it be ok to use?   here is the photo of the current setup.
