These seats were taken out of a parts car from some lady who rarely drove the car due to an angry boyfriend who took the knock box out unknowingly to her. He offered to fix it but never came back. This 87 TSI has been one problem afer another, now I got another problem.   Not only does it like to drain the battery over a few days but now it won't charge it anymore. I just put a brand new battery in it 2 weeks ago.   Here's exactly what the car did to me today, when I came out this mornging it would only crank slowly but not enough to fire, so I jumped it, drove it some and had it running about 45 minutes and then parked it. EDIT 3/2/2008 So, I've had it running enough for a Gap (Tail of the Dragon) Trip back in October '07 only to run into issues with the rear brakes seizing. Finally got that fixed this weekend (proportioning valve).   Getting it ready for another Gap run in April (10-12) END EDIT     So, I picked up the black Starion from someone in Suwannee GA.   ~130K.   Quick history that I know of.
