I'm looking to put some better seats in a C4 Corvette, which has really narrow (about 20") seats that mount low. One of the candidates is the SQ. I need to know mainly how wide the various ones are- i.e. 87 vs 88/89. I searched & found a thread here for the 88/89 ones that said roughly 21". If anyone has a tape measure and can get some exact numbers for the widest part of the bottom part, how high it is from mounting (floor) to top of the seat cushion, and the total height, this would be hel

Just returned home with my nephew and his friend (both 18yrs old) from his first major accident.   He missed a stop sign at about 50 MPH in his 91 3000GT SL, tagged a turning motorist on the opposing side and hit a stone wall. Car is now totalled. Just fixed his drivers side turn signal this afternoon, now it's dangling out of the car.
