Hello everyone my name is Nathan. I've been a lurker here for about a year and finally came across a Starion for myself. I've wanted one of these cars for about 5 years now but everytime the deals would fall through. Not this time though I now have an '87 Starion red with black leather. Engine has a knock according to the previous owner which it does but doesn't sound like a rod knock. I've been told these engines are unreliable but I've dealt with 7MGTE's so surely they can't be too bad Lol. Ri

We threw a fuel pump in it and drove it back to my house so that I could start removing all those years of dust, tree sap and leaves. I've been wrenching on DSM's for the past 10 years so this car is not too far from what I'm used too. Besides a after market exhaust everything else is stock. For the past 2 days I have just been working on cleanin
