    Been a member for a little over a year now but was just reading, learning, etc and just never got around to ever posting anything. I bought a car from Starquestparts early last year and have been busy with it. It's an '88 Conquest (sort of, lol). I found the prior owner on Reddit by chance and learned that the car is a mishmash of parts. Rebuilt engine was from an 84, has an upgraded flywheel, clutch but has had some not so good things like ac removed (I'm in TX), MAFT was put in but neither pri

    Rear Louver Attachment

    I apologize if this has already been answered elsewhere but I couldn't find it.  I have rear metal louvers with the barrel bolt style attachment on the bottom of them. My question is, for the actual brackets that attach to the car at the top on the hinges and bottom on the glass, do I use a VHB tape like adhesive for the brackets against the glass? The parts I have almost seemed like they had really old pads on them, not tape. Either that or the tape on them had long since lost its tackines
