I had to pull the steering box out and i'm about to reinstall it. It's been a pain, and I don't want to have to take it back out. Anyway, when I put it back in, is there a certain way to put the upper shaft back in the steering coupler. Does it just go in there any way, or should I have marked it when I took it out? I dont want my steering wheel to be off when i put it back together. I hope I made sense. Im pretty frustrated, but I'm trying to learn. Any help would be appreciated.

I originally took it in on a trade for an s10 that i built and a few days after i got it the oil pump blew and i discovered the thrust bearing was done for. Please ask anything you want to know i need to get rid of this as soon as possible
