    Ben_D
    By Ben_D,
Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with the cable (db9) fromt he TEC to the lap top. I was able to load a bin file in once and read the engine mornting functions once. But sence then ive had no luck.... Odd.  I bought a set of Db9 female conectors this weekend and plane to build a new cable from scratch ( i used a seriel cable from radio shack the first time and cut it) Just thought id see if anyone has had this problem. I have verfied it is on COM port 2 by the way Ben D

headless bolts: how to repair them?

    Josh '88
    By Josh '88,
I found a place on my Quest where somebody broke the head off a bolt that fastened the fender well to the body. The entire stud is rusted, and there's no bolt sticking out for me to get Vise-Grips on it. My first thought was to drill the bolt out, fill in the hole with JB Weld or equivalent, and create new threads. I've never done this before, so I want to make sure I do this right the first time. Is there a different method of removing headless bolts? If the best method is to drill the bolt out

    STARQUEST STORE!!

    Funky Phil
    By Funky Phil,
I think you should straight up have a STARQUEST STORE! so instead of everything being mixed in the GP and for sale spots. You could have items on here that are regularly for sale (ie: *DM PARTS GALORE, CHADS MANIFOLDS, ARTINIST SUSPENSION & TIM C's CAMS etc.) so that way people wouldnt have to do searches for parts that were sold way back when! Must do what we can to combat the TEP prices.
