Steering socket/coupler MB076639 info
By JustPaus_88TSi,
So, i've been searching for the steering coupler, aka socket MB076639 for a few days now... I got quoted $74.72 from Tallahassee Mitsu. Â Mitsupartsdirect.com quoted me $65.93.... I also tried two local dealers that are usually pretty good to me. One said $96.69, and a closer one said $88.08
So, naturally I go for the mitsupartsdirect.com route, and call them up today to order the coupler. I got nothing but bad news, I was re-directed to Tennessee, Georgia, N. Carolina, Florida, Mississippi,
Source for ISC Units
By Professor,
When I got the TPS from the Hyundai I noticed the ISC unit and got that too. The ISC is exactly the same as Starquest. Even the same connectors. The wires have to be changed to correspond to the pin configuration of Starquest. I have had it on my car for 500 miles and it works perfect. The TPS and the ISC are on 89 to 91 Hyundai Sonata.

Cancer
By 3L_951,
Uh oh..the underbody of my car is SPOTLESS except for a 2 " area on the driver side where the side skirts attach to the body, the specific location is right UNDER the driver side seat where the a** part ends and the back begins...is that common? Can I just clean it off and POR-15 it?
Once it warms up outside the bondo cracking problem on my 1/4 panel will be looked at and the finally all the little paint chips will be fixed..
thanks
mike
