obviously our cars have automatic seatbelts when you get into the car. but i noticed that when you pull hard on them they dont lock like a regular seatbelt. so how can this be a safety feature? and when you do lean forward to see when the belt stops it stops right before you hit your head on the dash, but if it were an accident the impact would cause your head to hit the dash anyway(or steering wheel) so is there a way to make the seatbelts "lock" or do they lock when it senses an impact?

I didn't know where to put this so I stuck it here, if it's in the wrong place mods fell free to move it. Where do I find a magna intake mainafold allready modded to fit on the G54B. I have an 85.5 Starion. I washed the car and went on a 275 mile trip and used the A/C. The next day I noticed I had about 1/2 gallon of water on the passenger side floor. I think it is coming from the A/C. I can't find the drain tube for the A/C. I looked under the car for the tube but I couldn't find it. I removed the glove box and the lower panel and still nothing.
