I know the floor needs to be cut out and a new floor piece welded.   will welding sheet metal work or do I necessarily need to find another Starquest and cut out the floor board?

It would be nice to see a sum-up of the latest mods, general restoration tips, top items/cars for sale and car shows/meets for the quarter in a 5 to 6 page mailer.
