My Mookeeh cat back rattles sometimes on the rear axle, goes below the axle instead of above like the stock one. Can I use some header wrap and stainless ties in this area just to stop the rattle? What do you think?

I have purchased another item from LEPORE in the past and the experience was great so I decided to purchase from him again.
