I'm looking for a sub fusible terminal block. DOes anyone have good spare laying around?

Ok has anyone else have the stupid plastic just shatter to pieces where the screws are supposed to hold down the switches on either side of the instrument panel when you go to replace the switch overlays?? To be more specific the two screws that hold the switch down onto the overlays?
