Posting this as an FYI. I recently tried to order a full set of replacement fusible links from one of my local Mitsu dealers. I was able to order replacements for all of them except for the 18 gauge red link (part # MB037669). In my conversation with the parts counter, it sounds like all the other links may be destined for the same fate, albeit they can be acquired for now. My red links are fine for the moment, but I guess I'll have to make my own when it's time.

Been working on dropping the subframe on the Starion for a refresh. Pulled the whole thing out in one piece minus the suspension. Then I got to work knocking it all apart. Ahh ... the infamous torque tube. Subframe won't look like this when it goes back under the car.

Here's another one I can't get my head around. This winter has been a little colder than most (central Florida not know for freezing temps), What I've noticed is my front wipers won't do a full sweep. They pause on the way up, sit there then go a little further, pause again then park and start all over again. Only on intermittent setting. On regular they go full sweep up and down but when you go to turn them off the switch momentary goes thru the intermittent setting and you don't get a complete

Selling my 1987 Mitsubishi Starion turbo really nice interior a few dents and things on the outside but not bad, put a new battery and everything comes on as normal but the car has been sitting since 2009 and the engine seems like it’s seized but I see no reason it cannot be tapped free, it’s an automatic champagne exterior black interior had new keys made for it everything is there.
