So for some reason my cig lighter will not power anything I plug into it, but the actual cig lighter works fine if I push that in. Meter also shows good voltage. Tried to clean the thing with steel wool a few times without luck. It's been this way for as long as I can remember so it's time to pull that thing out and replace it. My real Q is how does it come out? I was told last weekend to wiggle and push hard (from the back I assume), it will come out. I tried that but it didn't budge. Push hard

Looking for a working replacement knockbox for my 87 starion. If its an 88+ it needs to have both ends of the plug. Will need to be shipped to 98512.     Sometimes my car will start and run fine, then out of nowhere it will die, and when i go to crank it over tach doesnt move. Also getting no spark from the coil when this happens. All the grounds are in great shape. and the plug looks to be in good shape aswell, contacts are shiney etc. Probably going to try opening up my stock knockbox and see

Well this is nothing im to fond of doing but my business says otherwise.
