Is it safe to trust the ecu to toss codes?

    By speedyquest,
I was thinking about going through several of my cars fuel / timing systems just for piece of mind but I while checking my ecu error codes I only get the oxygen sensor error (which I'm aware of and isn't related to this). My question is, can I trust that if no errors are being thrown that things like my detonation sensor, cts, isc, etc are working correctly?

so i ran into a old street racing buddy

I know I don't have many posts here but I do frequent the Mazda rx7 forum regularly and I have good feedback there.   I posted my car up on craigslist a while back but so far I've only had low ballers and tire kickers with crappy trades. So I figure I might as well post it up here where people actually know these cars. I still have it for sale locally so whoever gets me the cash first gets the car first.   Engine and transmission were both built up 15K miles ago. (Proven build) Engine was built

I searched, but didn't find a definite answer so here i am making a new thread. You guys know that line going from the OVCP nipple to the wastegate? Can I replace with just a simple silicone vacuum line? Or will the heat affect it?
