Does anybody have an extra. i am posting here because not much traffic in the items wanted section.

I got this cruise control unit about a year ago maybe more and I'm finally gonna install it. However i lost the original e clips for the part that goes to the pedal and I don't remember where they go. I was thinking about going through several of my cars fuel / timing systems just for piece of mind but I while checking my ecu error codes I only get the oxygen sensor error (which I'm aware of and isn't related to this). My question is, can I trust that if no errors are being thrown that things like my detonation sensor, cts, isc, etc are working correctly?
