like title says i am looking for mpi system and a good performance head

Are they OK to use on the Starions??   I have heard...going back as far as 10 years ago, that the Gabriel and other aftermarkets are way too soft.

I am looking for a block that has not been bored to 40 unless it is a fresh bore without being ran.
