any obd2 gurus?
By Malykaii,
So being a b level tech, some diagnostic stuff is beyond me. Sister's 2001 elantra needs to pass inspection. So it threw a code for o2 slow response. Flex pipe was leaking and welded in a new one. No check engine anymore. So I cant get the o2 monitor or the ccm and fuel monitors to set. (Fuel just set this morning). Co workers want me to peg o2 sensors and an ecu at it without diagnosing it. Waste of money to just guess I say. Any ideas where to go from here?

crank case pressure
By importwarrior,
well I still have a crank case pressure problem. it is blowing like a old school locomotive steam engine. Can a cracked head cause this problem? PCV is working properly. car runs great. I need to do a compression test. i unhooked the crank case vent hose. i started the car. i plugged the crank case vent hose with my finger for a few seconds. when i released the pressure it exhaled like old faithful. concerned and don't know what else to test.
