Hi,   I apologize for the basic question, but I need help. I need a new set of springs for my 89 quest, and I am confused. I have seen several ads for lowering springs, but, frankly, I think the car is low enough (of course, maybe that is because of the bad springs ). Anyway, I have also seen ads for "coilovers"--I don't know what those are, but they seem to include springs. So, what do you recommend, and where do you get whatever you do recommend?
