i'm wondering why the identical coverage on a 1986 Starion ( the year maybe ) is $65 more per year than a 1985.5 which is higher than a 1985 because the 1985.5 is an ESi and they say the turbo with intercooler is more to insure... all in one breath hagerty here i come

Sometimes on a cold start my car will not start and I will have to crank a couple of times. It will try to start and then sound like an explosion and then I turn the key again sometimes it starts sometimes it does the noise again it does always start just freaks me out and sounds bad. Does this sound like a starter going bad the battery is new, isc is new, tps is new all in spec, injector clips also in spec ,as well injectors were also flowed and new walboro pump. pre pump filter ect.
