Noticed that when I pull back the hi beam lever, my lights dont open, and no hi beams come on. Works fine when the headlights are already on. didnt test with headlights up, but off.   I saw no burned fuse for popups, or anything else.   What should I look for?

Tial 44mm wastegate is used but nothing wrong with it. Missing clamp as of now but purchasing new one now. This gate is v-band not 4-bolt   Price is $200 obo
