I was heading home from a wedding reception and in the begining of the trip the alternator belt started to squeal. The lights went dim etc. when i took off from the stop light the alt started back up again. I thought i just tightened it a week ago must not have tightened it enough. anyone ever do a electric power steering pump with the stock starion steering box?   thinking about doing it with my engine swap build.....for no reason other than making the engine look minimalist as possible...   would be cool to find a way to not have the alternator run off the fan belt.....then i could run the engine with no belt at all lol
