doing some research. what are the offset for the rims on a flatty?

Fiji spun a bearing(s) and I really want to get it back on the road, as this is my only transportation back and forth to work. I am planning on a rebuild of the original engine, but that will take lots of time and $ the way I want to do it. Thanks in advance for reading, and any help anyone can provide. Jason 8)
