I wanna redo my bolts and various brackets in the engine bay back to the way it was sort of,   Please help

Hey guy I need help . I recently notice my oil pressure is low I have to crank the car 3-4 times before the oil pressure moves and it only goes to 40psi sometimes 60psi at most at cold start when it worms up I put a little rev the motor vibrates no knocking sounds.. The motor is just been rebuilt .040 forged pistons ARP head studs head rebuilt ajusta head gasket . I just bought a new oil pump from dad balanced shaft elimination kit . next week I'm thinking of removing the motor do I have to re
