full throttle problems

i have been having some problems with the car lately , i did a full tune up with all the good stuff brass cap, rotor, ngk wires ,ngk 7031 plugs gapped to .32, ntk o2 sensor, timing at 10* and did the tps reset,and its running good under part throttle but under boost i get a hard mifire 3500ish rpm then it accelerates to 5k rpm and starts to break up. . i have had 2 different sets of injectors and its done the same thing. i haven't had the time to check fuel pressure yet but the regulator is

new turbo more boost less fun

I replaced the 12a in my flatty with a 16g DSM turbo. The car is less a aggressive and less fun and doesn't seem much faster. Do I need to turn up the boost? 12a was at 10.5psi and the new 16g is at 12psi. The A/R on the new turbo is .70. My exhaust is 2.25 through a glasspack and out the back. I know its a bit small... I have a Widebody FMIC I think its a 16 row not sure tho. Fuel cut eliminated in the ecu. Car runs good. Possibly do I need to run more timing? I run non-ethanol premi
