Power steering hose on right frame rail

Power steering hose on right frame rail, covered in a rubber sleeve and clamps at the front towards radiator. It has a high pressure end at a bracket bolted to frame. I already replaced the high pressure p/s line that has pressure fittings. Below is the replacement and it is clamped at both ends on the right frame rail side.

Can I get the idler bushing mount out by itself or do I have to pull the entire drag link out? Last time I was under the car I remember
it looked like I might be able to just undo the idler arm and its mount but I was asking here to se
