Hey all, I have the 1st gen steel hard-pipes for the factory intercooler with a Mookeeh ovcp and a knock off RFL bov that I don't need. They need paint, but that is it. The blow off valve holds 28psi with no leaks, all day, every day, can probably do plenty more, is very loud, and is easily adjustable. All clamps (minus two that you can just reuse from your current set-up, unless I can find them before I ship) and couplers included. No cutting or modifying of anything needs to be done to use these except an '86 and down would need a bung added in the ovcp. $175 shipped/insured is the lowest I'll go. I have had this bov in my car since I got it when i first got the car this bov sounded wicked well it doesnt sound so wicked anymore more queefy than anything sometimes at high boost12lb or so it will blow off like it is suposed to . I took it apart everthing looks good inside diaphram ect one thing I noticed was it was really hard to compress the bov in Im not weak and it took alot to push it in also it took alot to put it back together by myself as my retarded butt didnt use my vices anyway should it be that hard to compress it is a 11lb spring I think wastegate is still working so im not worried about boost surges but just wondering thanks in advance Travis Happy Holidays

i need to adjust the Turbo XS Bov. it seems to bee way too tight. i know the BOV has washers and spring tension but whats the proper way to adjust it? car is running 20 PSI and it does not seem to want to open i get some turkey gobble as if it was not there like stock turbo'd car. i opened the BOV and noticed 4 washers in there. how can i determine the proper amount of washers to use? Thanks for the help.

I was wondering, im looking to get about 300hp-350Hp on a few upgrades from top end.. But im not sure if im missing anything to complete my goal.. I ran this BOV for about half a year with no problems. It was removed from the car and stored in a box when I started doing MPI. I now have an HKS SSQV and no longer need this fine BOV. It is missing the vacuum/bost port, I used it on my intake so you will need to aquire a new one.
