Ya Hammered buy our parts for us because we're all cheap wedges. As far as reliability goes I haven't had any issues since I got rid of that heat causing head warping block cracking turdbo. I agree with hammered Hondas are great if your into dude on dude action.

Well I finally found another love machine. I've been talking to the guy for a couple weeks and yesterday I got another conquest. Its an 89 durban TSI, my cousin found it in South Dakota. It is in awesome shape, but it has an engine swap. The guy swapped in a turboed 2.3 out of a SVO Mustang. When I started looking at it I was just gonna buy it for the body and put a killer g54b back in it, but now after driving it all day yesterday the 2.3 is rather impressive for an all stock motor. He also gave me the original motor and tranny' he said that the head is cracked(go figure)

I was actually wondering if anyone has tried to make there own pipes. We made all the piping for my supercharger on my quest, it really wasn't that hard. guys could probably save quite a bit of money by building your own. All you would need is a little bit of fabrication and welding skill. Heck maybe somebody could make some and sell them to other members for a lot cheaper than the ones that are allready available.

I just sent the dude an offer of $2500 so I guess I'll wait and see how he deals

Stopped at the body shop yesterday, my baby is all in high build. The door has been replaced and the quarter massaged back into shape. I can't wait to get it back. The only thing now is that I kinda want to add some color to it, still gonna be yellow but I am trying to picture it with some other color too or graphics or something. Anybody have any suggestions. I have to go back to Heath OH. tomorrow the kid that hit my Quest must have gotten a guilty conciense and turned himself in so I gotta go to the PD and take care of some paperwork.

My mom and dad went over to Rachels saturday night, they said one of the other girls told them that"Yoko" got arrested for being under age and an illegal. So its probably a good thing we got taken outta there when we did. I kinda wish I woulda stuck around I was just to upset. I definatly want to go back next year but I don't think I'll take the car into Heath those local people seemed so disrespectful to everyone. The Quest goes over to the body shop today, the guy is a really good Mopar restoration guy so it will be good as new in a couple of weeks. At the nats I saw a flyer for a Mopar show at Norwalk Ohio in September maybe I will try to get there I will have to mapquest it and see how much further it is from columbus. I love road trippin in the Conquest.

Man sorry I missed meating everyone. Glad to see you all had a good time. My weekend came to a crashing end on friday night. I ran at the track and had an awesome day, I got a 12.89 outta the old girl so I was pretty siked about that. Then I heard that Heath was pretty cool so I went over there. I was parked in a lot watching the action and this idiot local punk came blasting in on his HOmoped and smashed right into the car. I ran over and jumped on him but some people got us separated pretty quick. I was so pi$$ed, he caved in the door , put a big dent in the quarter and broke the window. After a few minutes of yelling I got in the car and left .I just came home too irate to do anything.

I got down here yesterday and have been on the move nonstop. Met Hammered when he was checking in so have been hanging out with him. We've been at the show all day, running the cars at the track too. they are having some tranny problems with theirs, but mine has been flawless. I will save my bragging for the meat. But I now know where the name Hammered comes from, lets just say he wasn't kidding about the drinking and being crazy. He got us escorted out of Rachels, what he was doing there probably would have been considered rape and a hate crime where I come from. Then when we got back to the Red Roof he did something there involving an ice machine so we got booted outa there. (They woulda had 3 extra rooms this morning if anyone is interested.) Needless to say I spent the night in the Quest. Oh well time to get some food, hopefully tonight goes a little smoother. See you all tomorrow.

I don't know if I'll have the balls to use it or not but just put nitrous on the Quest. I went with a 75 horse kit but I don't know if I will run it or not, I need to make it home from the Nats too. Time will tell I guess. I can't wait to meat everyone. see ya on bRice Road.

Thats what I want is a car that I can do that with. Its seems that you have done some really cool stuff to that green car its gotta be a blast to drive when its running. Hammered I am gonna run mine for sure, I wanna see how my times compare to when it was turboed. I ran a 13.87 right before I put the Novi on.

I told my girlfriend that I have decided to throw a for sale sign on the conquest when I go to the meat. I will put a high price on it and if someone buys it then thats good but if not oh well. I really would like to go all out on a quest , but I just can't bring myself to cut this one up, everything I have done so far can be put back easily. I would like to get another one that maybe wasn't so perfect so I can gut it and cage it and make it an all out track car. I have seen a lot of great ideas on here that I wanna try plus some thoughts of my own.

Mine will be at the show for sure and I definatly want to run it too. The $100 dollars isn't bad if you can get someone to split with you because it covers show addmissionfor the whole weekend for two people plus the car. so thats only like 12.50 a day and even a wedge Quester can swing that. Its well worth that to see all the sights plus if companies can see all the intrest in starquests maybe some of the good performance parts places will start to make things for them so we dont have to pirate parts off of mini vans and forklifts.

Last time I went we stopped at Rachels too that was a good time. I really hope that the mystery machine comes again this year I would love to get a pic of my Quest with it. Maybe I can find someone down there with an old Mopar copcar and get a pic with that too, that would be sweet. Just having my car at the show will be great too, The starquest needs to be well represented at the MOPAR Nats because some people don't even know that they are Mopars.

My mom will be disappointed to hear that you are not bringing the green car. I was on the site at work and she saw the pic in your signature and said that she saw that car at the nats a few years ago. She swears she has pics of it doing a burnout on Brice Rd. But it will be cool to have yellow Quests well represented.

I just got my hotel comfirmation for the nats. My hotel is right on Brice Road. I would definately be up for a good whopper and a chance to meat some other guys from the site.
