  1. 6 bolt is correct, and the axle works on either side.
  2. I have a brand new rear CV shaft left over in the garage. It is brand new, in the box. $85 shipped Thanks, Rob robtheplumber@wowway.com http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j232/exgmguy/CVshaft.jpg
  3. I am looking for a stock turbo, preferrably with the exhaust housing. Or an exhaust housing so I can put a different turbo in it. I am looking to turbocharge a Jeep. Thanks, Rob robtheplumber@wowway.com
  4. Full balance shaft eliminator kit with all gaskets and timing chain, guides, etc.... Bought from DAD and never used. $75 shipped to lower 48
  5. Just the throttle body base. You have to put you mixer housing, sensors and injectors on it.
  6. This brand new. The one from Lower Shores Performance. $85 shipped! Silver and blue SAFC 2. Great condition, $175 shipped!
  7. Great. Well, I bought a set of 87's on Ebay. I'll see what I can do when I get them in my hands.
  8. BS!!! My setup is very simular to Art's and I have around $3K into my conversion. Intake (including injectors' date=' modding IC, & IC piping)- $800 Fuel pump - $200 BOV - $300 EMS - $1200 (+ $200- 3-bar MAP sensor) Ign. box - $300 And I'm sure I could find another $400~$500 in machineing that I had to have done.[/quote'] I really don't consider things like a $300 BOV and a $200 fuel pump parts for an MPI conversion. These are things most people add right away anyway. And modifying a stock intake and injectors should not cost $800. That is just my opinion. I have most of the parts to do the conversion and it is fairly cheap so far. It just takes some mechanical ability. I do everything myself and save a lot of money. And I'm sure I could find another $400~$500 in machineing that I had to have done.
  9. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...E%3AIT&rd=1 I am going bigger!
  10. I imagine that might cost a pretty penny though huh?
  11. Damn. My front seats are pretty tore up and I was thinking of springing for the pair of 87 seats on Ebay. I love the 88-89 headrests though.
  12. Holy crap does the big 16G make more power than the 14B. I picked one up locally for $100 that had a lot of miles on it. I rebuilt it today and bolted it on. It makes a considerable more "WOOSSSSHHHHH" at part throttle boost than the 14B and the top end charge is night and day. I LOVE IT!!
  13. I bought this from a DSM shop on Ebay only about a month ago. They said the center section had a fresh rebuild. The turbo works flawlessly with no blowing oil, or excessive play. The 1G DSM exhaust housing is not included. The compressor wheel has already been reclocked to work on a Quest, so port out your stock exhaust housing and it will bolt right in. The factory oil and coolant lines will work, except I put a curved 1G DSM J-pipe on the compressor outlet so I had to change the plumbing slightly and also had to make a bracket for the wastegate actuator to mount to. I just bought a big 16G to I don't need it anymore. $125 shipped to 48 states. Thanks, Rob http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j232/exgmguy/DSC01593.jpg
  14. Art's MPI conversion should be about a $1000. Stock Mustang throttle body $20? cinch bungs, hose, and fuel block $125? injectors 75lb $200? FIP fuel injection kit with stock distributor $600? Misc clamps, bends, gaskets... $100 Summit adjustable regulator $60 This is how I am going to try it anyway! Rob
  15. Anyone know where I can get one of these? I don't like the tiny flared brake line that comes on the car. Thanks, Rob
  16. I just checked with SDS and it costs about $365 to have an SDS system converted to work on our cars. Ouch.
  17. I have an SDS system for a Mustang on Ebay right now. To make it work on a Quest a new chip needs to be installed in the computer and you need the harness. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...E%3AIT&rd=1
