  1. If this is the case and the advantage between 2.5inch and 3inch on a stock 12a isn't noticeable before 6k+RPM, then why are so many going with it? I wouldn't waste my money if no specific advantage was obtained between the upgrade. Of course, this is coming from someone with stock exhaust so I can't comprehend either of the two. Just a question, I just don't see the answer at the moment.
  2. I'm in for the cowl hood when it is said and done ;D

  7. I sent off a money order for $75 for Michael's A-Pillar pod and Air/Fuel Gauge. I'd like to say Michael was very prompt in sending the product, and just as advertised it arrived in great shape. Can't wait to hook it up! A+++

  9. What exactly are the header panels? It's 5am
  10. So how many of the polarg bulbs did you need? I'm looking to do the same thing but in blue.
  11. So with the new gauges they come with blue bulbs to put in or just covers? Seems like turboquest's red is a LOT brighter. Your gauges look very nice, I'll be getting about the same for my car, $120 sounds good. Any problems you ran into in this? My current: http://www.cybla.com/prestone/images/conquest/002s.jpg
  12. They have a special deal on that site: 2 Big & 5 Small Blue Needle Kit, Bulbs & White Gauges for $145 Are the overlays just as good as replacements? By the way are needles are clear without the coating right? (Made of a lexan material is a requirement for the needle kit)
  13. I have a few questions. turboquest21: can you provide some model numbers and such for those polarg bulbs you have lighting your gauges? I'm looking into the blue and I've searched for polarg and I come up with their headlight bulb lines. 88BlueTSiquest: The white overlays, where can you get those? I'm looking for white overlay with blue numbering, but black will be fine.
  14. I am going to be working with a friend for custom projector lamps soon. Probably only be one set for now but we'll see. This guy has contacts with a lot of dealers and says hes already working on several companies to help us out on projector comversions. I will have pictures within the next few weeks
  15. I think my clips are too frail hehe. I dunno if it would restrict or not. Clip it to the end of a piece and see if it pushes the opening in anyway. If not, use them! As for the 1 way's, YES! I had the same problem, cruise wouldn't work. I may have fixed it. Finishing up the install today most likely. I have to get under the car to check how everything is doing after 5000 miles ;D Also! If someone has ghetto-rigged a piece, such as puttin a little "valve" of some sort in the vac line because they cut it and connected the other side? Cut a long piece of the new and forget that damn valve! I have now fixed the bucking at high RPM because of that!
  16. Nope, the plastic pieces that hole these together and in line I could not snap onto the new line. It's just too thick.
  17. Dude! I'll be the first to post some pics of just how HUGE these lines are! http://www.cybla.com/images/forum/line1.jpg http://www.cybla.com/images/forum/line2.jpg BUY BUY BUY! Putting mine on now, pics tomorrow!
