  1. from what i understand the fox body mustang kit from jegs will work with some minor modifaction we are about to do it on our race car and now the new standard is 11.49 for a roll bar we are not a convertable bro not bein a smartass just clarifying and for future reference the roll cage is 9.99 and that is a 10 pt cage my personal recomendation if you plan on going into the 9s eventually get the 10 or 12 pt kit
  2. Here are some pics of the manifold flanges that we just got from the laser cutters. http://www.xclusivecustomimports.com/image...led_409x307.JPG http://www.xclusivecustomimports.com/image...led_409x307.JPG I know that it is going very slow and you guys are anxious to see finished products and trust me we are trying to get these things done. This has been an add on project for us on top of everything else we have going on , please be patient with us. You will be extremely happy with the finished manifold. Take Care, Robb ( owner ) Xclusive Custom Imports X-Factor Turbo Systems
  3. okay good news guys we finally got our flanges now comes the fun part building them we have 10 flanges pics to come prolly tomorow i dont have the camera here so i have to wait untill tomorow we just have been busy doin builds on other teamates cars waiting for the flanges so now i can get to work on the manifolds
  4. okay once again i will go over this with the others who have just recently joined us we will try and keep this as close to the factory location as possible so your lines should still work this will be tested on my car before we go to the bigger turbo so my build is on hold until these things get done now this is a race manifold but that does not mean that it cannot have stock location these manifolds will be as i have stated before any flange you need gated or non-gated. thank you and have a pleasant day KEEP IT SPOOLIN Scott
  5. Yeah sorry ive been as busy as a one legged man in an butt kicking contest we got word that the first flange came out of the lasers monday. My boss went down and checked them to make sure they were to our standards so that they could finish the other 9 in this batch. Yes boys and girls theres only 10 in the first run and 1 is spoken for, its MINE 8) and its the prototype. So when the group buy starts there will only be 9 slots on the first run. BUT we will be cutting more flanges as money comes in from sales on the manifolds so that we can keep up on demand as long as it keeps up with supply. As we dont have to pay our laser cutter custom setup again he will have our setup in his c&c machine so no programming fee that s**** expensive  so next week we will have pics of our stainless steel flanges for you guys. We just ordered a whole lot of angles for the runners and our welder is on standby so as soon as we get everything ready hes starting. Well there is the most current news at Xclusive Custom Imports and Racing KEEP IT SPOOLIN Scott
  6. hey dave you beat me to the punch i was goin to send him to you or kreal
  7. okay guys good news it will be between the two when we are done with it because of the grinding to even them out after tig welding them together we got the the 1/2 in because it would be a moot point if we got the 3/8 because after we welded and grinded it would not be 3/8 any more does that make any sensethe flanges wil be back from the laser cutter in a day or two and we will post pics for you guys is that cool? we also did it for heat displacement reasons
  8. so i can drill into the intake manifold and add two extra injectors in the lean cylinders and fix the lean problem with bigger turbos with this setup is what you are sayin
  9. so now i know why everybody needs new manifolds hehehe i may want in on this action on this transmission setup let me hit up my sponsors for the cash and we will talk
  10. ok which thickness of head flange would you prefer 1/2 in or 3/8 in? Hit us back as soon as possible please as they are waiting on our final say.
  11. okay guys great news sorry i have been in and out of the hospital for my back im fair now and we are having the flanges cut as we speak we were waiting for the steel to arive sorry i havent been answering and we should have a prototype done and ready to show within 2-3 weeks the boss got sidetracked while i was out of commission but now we are back on track once again sorry it has taken so long. thanx for the patience, Scott Moore
  12. BTW CERAMIC COAT WOULD BE EXTRA dont know how much will check on that for you though
  13. 14. We are working on a Full Race Custom Stainless Steel Manifold that will be available for next years racing season. Currently all we have is the collector built for it: Pics below http://www.xclusivecustomimports.com/image...led_384x288.jpg http://www.xclusivecustomimports.com/image...led_384x288.jpg As you can see the manifold runners and collectors will be constructed of grade 40 316 stainless steel. The flanges wil be made out of 3/8 - 1/2 " laser cut 304 stainless. This will make a very strong manifold. Also the runners will be collected in a matter as to create a non " dead space vortex" which will allow for a perfect exhaust evacuation to the turbine. Not very many companies build a manifold the right way, but we plan on building a manifold that is very usable in all levels of performance. We will be offering this manifold at approx. 3-350 to starquest members ONLY. Retail will end up being 450-550 to everyone else ( and it will be better than anything offered out there. Also keep in mind that they will be build on a custom level ( your specs ) and will be first come first serve once the prototype is finished. Also keep in mind that it will take approx. 2-3 weeks per manifold to build. Below is a picture of our Dominator manifold ( the exhaust collector is not the same as will be on the Starion), but it will give you an idea of what we can build and our workmanship. http://estore.websitepros.com/stores/76890...hedominator.jpg Send us an email to let us know what you will want ( turbo flange, wastegate flange, etc) That also gives us an idea of how many we will have to build. Take care
