  1. Quick ? is the cyclone a wide or narrow I have one that i am going to put in my 88 it looks pretty much the same as the narrow so my guess is that it is a narrow and ive read that the d50 trans bolts up to it but i will put the starion internals into the d50 trans
  2. so 900 plus shipping will you ship SLC ut we may be interested
  3. Can you get the clutches unsprung in ACT they are contingincy items and spec is not I like to get paid by the companys i buy from for racing with their product
  4. yeah and the best one to get an easy fit is the ford 9" you have to get it cut down but its worth it
  5. mild or stainless better be stainless for that much
  6. That looks really nice exept its not tuned port, and that manifold actually puts the turbo closer to the shock tower. But it does look nice.
  7. Clearance is not a problem, we set a super 70 on this thing without a problem. Aslo keep in mind also that this is a RACE manifold. Oh, also it doesnt even come close to the shock tower. You guys wanted a race manifold, here it is. Funny how anyone running a full race car wants one of these things. 2 are already gone, but if you just want a different manifold Ill be more than happy to build you a log style for a ton cheaper. And yes it is 304L just like my auction says, you think the price is high for this now, add $100 for 316. Im almost sorry I took the time to build this for you guys just to have it picked apart by a bunch of amateurs. These things will sell themselves and already are. Im sorry if I have offended anybody, but I seriously doubt anyone here can do better. This is a true equal length, tuned port racing manifold, that will be patented by the end of the week.
  8. We wont put the external wastegate flanges on until we know what each individual is going to use, and where they want it placed. As far as pricing, I originally thought that we could build these things for about $350.00 for you guys and retail them for around 5-550 ( that just isnt possible), as it stands, this one cost us just under 400 to make, so the best I can do for the Starquest members is about $440 for the first five, and $500.00 for all the rest that follow. These are already on our website for $700.00 retail. I wish I could do better than that but the cost of stainless Steel is rising every day, and welding is costing me a fortune ( and thats an area we dont want to slack on ) Sorry. But look at it this way, other manifolds of this caliber usually run around a thousand bucks, so its really not a bad price. And more than likely, once we start seeing more and more results, they may even go up higher, but well see.
  9. Here are some pics of the finished product. http://estore.websitepros.com/stores/76890...%20Manifold.jpg
  10. Its welded and ready to be used and abused. However for some odd reason our website is down tonight so if you want to see the finished product then go to our website WWW.XCIR.com, go to online store, then go to turbo manifolds to see pics. I will try and put some finished pics up on here tomorrow for you. Hit us back with any feedback please.
  11. its welded and ready so get ready for the next ones
  12. Also, anyone not interested in these full race tuned port manifolds will also have the option for a log style for a mere $250.00 they are easy as hell to make. Also keep in mind that we hand build all of our manifolds so flange options are easy as well as wastegate options. ( basically we can put on them whatever you need us to put on them)
  13. Aight guys Ive been bustin my arse on this one. Weve overcome all the obstacles from the first one. I actually started from scratch again and I dont think were gunna get mech better than this. Ill post finished product tomorrow after we weld er up. This is actually just tack welded for now. Pricing and all the other stuff Ill post later as well. This new welder we hired is really good but hes also expensive. FEEDBACK is always welcome since it was you guys that actually got this project started. http://www.xclusivecustomimports.com/image...led_384x288.JPG http://www.xclusivecustomimports.com/image...led_384x288.JPG http://www.xclusivecustomimports.com/image...led_384x288.JPG
  14. Oh It'l flow good, but you are right, the less amount of bends the better. But at the same token, if its equal lenth with the right placement on the collector each individual chamber will actually be sucking the next runner, thats why placement in the collector and equal length is so important! Trust me, this is one of the hardest manifolds weve ever done too, the angle and obstacles make it a complain, but were overcoming most of it. When we are done this baby is gonna rock! Pics tomorrow night on the revamp. Check yall later, Robb
  15. Like I said we have to make a few changes, but the problem were having is the true equal length and being able to clear the oil filter and engine mount. But with these pics you can at least see some progress. If it comes down to it, would you guys rather relocate the oil filter or have true equal length . Hit me back with your opinions. Well hopefully have more pics up tonight.

  17. aight guys, here are a few pics to get your mouth watering. Keep in mind that these are not finished yet and we do have to make a few changes. And also, to all those out there that want a stock configuration I have bad news ( and dont take this the wrong way please ) Stock configuration is STOCK ! ! ! This is a race manifold and there is no way to build a "RACE" manifold to stock configuration, these are true equal length, tunedport, full race manifolds ( not for stock vehicles ) Keep the cast pos's if you want stock configuration! Now that that is said, there will be minor differences in each manifold as we build them, so the second will not be exactly like the first and so forth til we have perfected the design, they will all work just as well as the next though. Here are some pics to drool over. Lates, Robb http://www.xclusivecustomimports.com/image...led_448x336.JPG http://www.xclusivecustomimports.com/image...led_448x336.JPG
  18. we have them on the jig as we speak and they are looking very good pics posted either tonight or tommorrow we have our welder all day today so we will have one hopefully done tonight :D/ okay we are looking for a mpi car that is running for testing my motor is about to crap out and we dont have time to get it built before the manifold is done will be first on the list at a discount
  19. well good news we fired the old welder and we now have a new welder we should have ten manifolds done within the month or month and a half sorry weve been so slow on these but i believe they will be well worth the wait and my first race day went horrible i kept popping off vaccum lines and not boosting worth a damn we believe the motor may be more worn than we first believed oh well but its all good we found a donor motor and we are going to build that one until we blow this one wish me luck
  20. okay i need one drivers side non electric seat belt do you have any
  21. sorry guys ive been busy trying to get my starion ready for the upcoming season.
